The hotel is a good small and reasonably priced property located in the Castello district, right by San Marco, the Doge's Palace, and the city center. the personnel is very helpful and competent. the hotel offers a magnificent and ideal location close to San Marco square.

booked a room with a terrace facing the lovely church. the location was prime, near to san marco square and the bridge of sighs and the main stops of the waterbus lines. a cool bonus was nearby caffe molinari, that offered tea and coffee.

I had a great time staying at a hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and the closest water bus stop. I loved being able to explore all the tourist sites without any hassle. The staff was friendly and helpful, always giving me tips on where to eat and what to see. My room was comfortable and clean, with a nice view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet and the 24hr desk service.

The noise from the nearby bar and school in the mornings was a bit disruptive.

We were pleasantly surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the airport transfer terminal. The staff, especially Federico, were extremely helpful in providing directions to all the must-see attractions. The room was cozy and clean, equipped with all the necessary facilities, including a comfortable bed and a well-functioning air conditioner. The breakfast selection was sufficient to start our day off right.

The bathroom, however, was a bit cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

While the rooms were a bit dated, they were still very clean. However, the shower in one of our rooms was quite small and the curtain kept sticking to our wet bodies, which wasn't the most pleasant experience.
