great location but mattress too soft

The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to assist! The room was spotlessly clean and perfectly located near the water bus station, dining options, and sights. I loved the stunning city view from my room, which added charm to my stay.

The staff was super friendly, and the place was kept clean. The elevator is a big plus after a long day exploring. Don't miss the delightful terrace for breakfast and the fantastic croissants!

One thing to keep in mind, the shower pressure wasn't very strong, which made rinsing off a bit of a hassle.

Breakfast included a splendid array of pastries, fresh cheese, and coffee. I often felt fueled for the day after indulging. The lift made getting to my room easy, which was a plus after exploring the streets. I did face some difficulties with the shower. It was a bit cramped, and I wish the water pressure was stronger. the staff experiences varied. While most were welcoming, a couple seemed a bit brusque during check-in, which left me slightly unsettled. The location is superb, but with the crowds nearby, noise in the early mornings from the restaurants was unavoidable. Despite these shortcomings, the hotel’s ambiance and fantastic location convinced me that it’s worth considering for Venice stays.
